Returns and Exchanges
The convenience of buying your clothes online does mean your unable to try on the items before you purchase. This can occasionally mean that when your order arrives you might find it doesn't fit or just doesn't suit your style. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and so for that reason we offer a 14 day returns period on all the items we sell on our store. So if you don't like the item when it arrives you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
What items can I return?
We allow the return of any items we sell on our website, even if they were on sale or promotion at the time of purchase. If you have ordered multiple items, you can send back the whole order or just one item. There are a few things we require from you when returning the items though. The clothes must be as new condition for us to be able to accept them back, this means they must be unworn, unwashed and with ALL tags and labels still attached.
How do I return items?
You need to fill out our returns form. This will generate you a returns authorisation for your order which we will then be reviewed by one of of customer service representatives and once approved an email will be sent to you with details on how to return the items. Please do not return any items without completing the returns form and waiting for the confirmation email.
What happens if I have received a damaged or faulty item?
While we endeavour to ensure that all items we sell are of good quality occasionally items may arrive with you that have been damaged in transit or faulty. In this situation please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.
Who pays for the Returns Postage?
You will need to cover the cost of postage for your returns and exchanges however should you keep items of clothing up to the value of $100, we will cover the cost of postage for any remaining items that you wish to return. When we process the refund for your returned items, we will refund the cost of postage at the same time.
